Great customer service, would recommend. I called asking for advice following a reaction to my piercing I had done at another shop. Shiva were really lovely and even offered to take a look. When I visited the store, they looked at it right away, gave me advice and I purchased a solution which fixed the issue! Extremely grateful :)

Went here looking for some smoking tools, didn’t find exactly what I wanted but the staff were so nice and helpful, they were able to get me set up with some other items that worked just as well. I would definitely go here again if I was in the area and looking for particular items that are for concentrates and flower power. 🖤

Don’t waste your time. I was travelling 1h for my appointment and no one let me know that the person who supposed to do my service left home. Having my whole details is disrespectful to do not even send message. Receptionist didn’t even stand up to say sorry.
